The Y11 hospitality pupils planned, prepared, cooked and served a three-course meal as part of their GCSE practical assignment. The evening was held on Thursday 12th January at 6:00 pm.
The invited guest’s including parents and teachers enjoyed a meal of tomato and basil soup, beef casserole with duchess potatoes and steamed broccoli as well as a trio of desserts (mini pavlova, chocolate tart and lemon cheesecake) followed by tea and coffee. They were treated to music from music
They were also treated to some fantastic music from some of the music students during the meal.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening.
