Development Groups are: Area Team Leaders, Pastoral Team Leaders, Thematic Studies Team, Lifelong Learning Team, AND other R & D groups (e.g. ICT Steering group and L & T Group).
If any colleague is not part of any of these groups then this time should be used for development as directed by Area Team Leader
