What are the 5 ways to wellbeing?

  1. Connect – with people and surroundings, talk to each other
  2. Be active – go for a walk / do a sport / take the stairs.
  3. Take notice – Notice people and what is around you.
  4. Keep learning – Learn a new skill or fact
  5. Give – Give time, help, be nice

At Clifton we always aim to find ways to improve our wellbeing, through Form Tutor Time, PSHE, e-safety information  sessions, extracurricular activities and the Clifton Pledge.

Why do we need to look after our wellbeing?

Having good wellbeing means being comfortable, healthy and happy. Learning how to look after yourself is so important to help you get through life’s ups and downs. Knowing how to make yourself and those close to you feel good is such an important part of life.
